Sarah Bowen, professor of sociology at North Carolina State University, joins host Krys Boyd to take a tour inside the kitchens of everyday American women to uncover the challenges they face in providing even simple meals. Her book, co-written with Joslyn Brenton and Sinikka Elliott, is called “Pressure Cooker: Why Home Cooking Won’t Solve Our Problems and What We Can Do About It.”
