When was the last time you touched nature?

Our sense of touch is key to being human, yet so often we forget to reach out to the natural world around us. Nikita Arora is a doctoral candidate in history of science, medicine and technology at Hertford College at the University of Oxford. She joins host Krys Boyd to discuss how long walks touching the moss growing at her feet reconnected her with her sense of being, and how touch can be used as a way of connection – and sometimes oppression. Her article “A Touch of Moss” was published by Aeon.
