Life is different on the other side of cancer

Navigating life with an illness takes on its own identity. And getting well means a reintroduction to the world. Suleika Jaouad wrote the New York Times column “Life, Interrupted” and is the creator of the Isolation Journals, a global project cultivating creativity and community during challenging times. She joins host Krys Boyd to talk about the cancer that left her fighting for life at a young age and how she’s reimagined what the future holds now that she’s cancer-free. Her book is called “Between Two Kingdoms: A Memoir of a Life Interrupted.”
