When Lisa Fain published “The Homesick Texan Cookbook,” she became a hero to Texans searching for the tastes of home outside the Lone Star State. Her newest book is “Queso!: Regional Recipes for the World’s Favorite Chile-Cheese Dip” (Ten Speed Press), and when it was released she joined us to talk about the flavors specific to Texas.
