Losing The Passenger Pigeon

In the early 1800s, the passenger pigeon was the most populous species of bird found in North America. But by 1914, they were completely wiped out. His new book is A Feathered River Across the Sky: The Passenger Pigeon’s Flight to Extinction (Bloomsbury).
